The Zenith Chronicles story follows Dain and his companions, unfolding through character scenes like the one on the left. Occasionally, you will decide what Dain should say and do, affecting the direction of the story. |
| Missions are where most of the action takes place! Each mission is an arcade-style shooter level. Goals range from destroying a certain number of monsters to protecting a building. Actions taken during missions can affect the story as well, such as killing or saving civilians. |  |

You choose which of Dain's companions will ride him during missions. Each girl has her own strengths, weaknesses, and magic spells. Points earned by defeating enemies can be used to gain new abilities, like defense boosts, special magic attacks, homing shots, and more! |
